Being Positive!

Beauty tip of the week! Being Positive.

This week begin the transformation in training yourself to only focus on the positive side of yourself and throw out the negative thoughts! Here is your task, visualize yourself with your eyes closed, what is your favorite thing about you!? Now, write down what it is that you love about yourself both on the inside and out. Post this on your bathroom mirror or somewhere you will see it everyday! Read it often and each time you look in the mirror make sure to only think positive thoughts! Let this become your focus feature! Remember that the more positive you feel the more beautiful you will feel!
